TAI will host a meeting or call to learn about you and your investing goals, discuss the investment process, and determine whether your goals align with TAI’s mission.
You will complete an accredited investor form and determine how much capital you plan to invest (this is not a binding commitment). You are then added to our investor database.
When a new investment opportunity arises, we analyze the offering and present you with a Deal Package summarizing the property, acquisition details and the business plan. You determine the amount you’d like to invest and we present you with documents drafted by our attorney which summarize the investment parameters including your ownership percentage and the operating agreement.
You sign the documents and transfer your investment into a designated escrow account with our attorney or title company and we close on the property.
TAI manages the asset and provides you with quarterly earnings reports and disburses dividends at regular intervals as stated in the operating agreement.
We sell or refinance the property and you receive your initial investment plus appreciation based on your ownership percentage.
