Scott and Heidi combined have over 20 years experience in real estate investing. Scott and Heidi have closed over $10 million within the last 1.5 years and have experience in purchasing foreclosures, rehabs, tax sales, lease purchases, subject to, land, single family homes and multifamily property.

Upon graduating from the College of Charleston, Scott took his experience from growing up in his families’ HVAC, electrical and plumbing contracting business and put it work. Scott started with less than $0 in his pocket to purchase his first investment property in downtown Charleston, SC by borrowing the money from a family member. He later quickly parlayed that into a 1.3 million dollar personal portfolio.

They have been involved in every facet of the real estate transaction from acquisitionand money raising to rehab and management and sales.

They are currently coauthoring their first book.

They currently work with and partner with high net worth individuals raising capital and sourcing deals for acquisitions of value-add apartment communities in select emerging markets across the US.
